Project Overview

This project focused on integrating Azure DevOps with Slack to receive real-time notifications about project activities. The integration was implemented for the Netflix project so that important updates from Azure DevOps could automatically appear in a Slack channel.

The goal of the integration was to improve collaboration and visibility by ensuring that team members could immediately see updates, such as:

• New Pull Requests
• Completed Pull Requests
• Code Pushes
• Build Success or Failure
• Work Item Updates
• Repository Changes

The integration was connected to the Netflix-Project in Azure DevOps and configured to send notifications to a dedicated Slack channel.

Project Objectives

The main objectives of this project were:

• Improve communication between developers
• Receive immediate project updates without opening Azure DevOps
• Monitor code changes and Pull Requests in real time
• Track build and deployment results
• Centralize project notifications in one Slack workspace
